The City of Batavia is seeking proposals from a qualified professional consultant to conduct on-site Exterior Building Condition Assessments of properties located within the City of Batavia's Historic District. The objective of this RFP is to identify and select the most qualified consultant to assist the City in evaluating the exterior condition of historic structures.
As part of the base scope of services, the selected consultant shall perform on-site Exterior Building Condition Assessments of seventy-five (75) properties with structures designated as significant within the City's Historic District, as identified by the City. The full scope of services is detailed in the RFP.
The City of Batavia's Community and Economic Development Department will accept sealed proposals until 12:00 PM (noon) on Friday, February 13, 2026, for Professional Consultant Services for Exterior Building Condition Assessments of Historic District properties. Proposals may be delivered in person or submitted via mail using a trackable delivery service to:
