The City of Harrisonville (City) invites interested firms to submit a signed and sealed proposal for goods and/or services as described herein.

Proposals must be received by the Community Development Department's Office, 300 E. Pearl St., Harrisonville, MO 64701, marked ARCHITECTURAL SURVEY, PHASE III, FOR THE CITY OF HARRISONVILLE, Proposal 2026-608-01 no later than: 2:00 p.m., CST on April 7, 2026.

The City of Harrisonville, MO is seeking written proposals from qualified firms/providers to conduct a reconnaissance-level architectural survey over approximately 61-acres primarily comprised of residential properties including approximately 197 resources. See Attachment A, Exhibit 2 for a map, description of the survey areas, and boundary justification. The firm/provider must meet the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualifications for an architectural historian as listed in Attachment A, Exhibit 1.
