Collier County grows at nearly 6,000 residents annually. The current population stands at approximately 350,000 and the projected build-out population will reach 900,00+. Where will these future residents reside and how is Collier County planning for this future while building thriving communities? Join ULI Southwest Florida and APA Promised Lands as we explore the various elements that go into accommodating this growth. From infrastructure planning to environmental preservation, this program will dive into the elements that will shape the future of Collier County and create successful, vibrant and healthy communities.
