The Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council (TBRPC) is seeking a Principal Planner to lead our community and economic development initiatives in support of member governments across the Tampa Bay region.

Reporting directly to the Planning Director, this client-focused role requires the ability to deliver high-quality products on time, manage diverse partnerships, and demonstrate a passion for helping communities build resilient and sustainable economies.

Responsibilities include managing grant- and contract-funded projects, providing technical assistance, conducting analyses, developing strategic plans and reports, and facilitating regional collaborations.
