The purpose of this classification is to administer and coordinate the City's impact fee program in accordance with City Ordinances and state law.

Performs a wide variety of tasks associated with the accurate assessment, collection, processing, and reporting of impact fees.

Work is performed under the direction of the Planning and Zoning Manager.
