Day-to-day as the Zoning Administrator

As the Zoning Administrator at Ferguson Township, you will play a crucial role in advancing our land use policies while reporting directly to the Director of Planning and Zoning. Your responsibilities will encompass zoning administration and enforcement, development reviews, GIS mapping, and facilitating public coordination. You will also prepare and present technical review materials and written recommendations to various boards and commissions. This position requires ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including issuing sign permits and supporting various planning processes. With regular public interaction and collaboration with stakeholders, you'll have the opportunity to address zoning challenges and enhance community engagement, making a meaningful impact on the development landscape of Ferguson Township.
