The regional Economic Recovery Project Manager provides planning and management services primarily to the localities affected by Hurricane Helene within the planning district; manages Department of Housing and Community Development, Economic Development Administration, Appalachian Regional Commission, and other community development programs to include housing, water, sewer, drainage, economic/community development projects, and other relief-funded projects.

Services provided may include project development, grant application preparation, damage assessment, budgeting and financial reporting, and management of specific community development programs.
