JOB DESCRIPTION

Novus is seeking a motivated, analytical, and forward-thinking intern to join our team to work on a variety of transportation planning projects. As a Transportation Planning Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in many diverse planning projects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's program in Urban Planning, Transportation Engineering or related field.
• Aptitude towards problem solving and analytical analysis.
• Experience with GIS required
• Expertise in data analysis and visualization preferred
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Work with team members on different project related tasks.
• Write reports and memos for the projects.
• Engage in public and client meetings.
• Develop graphics and Power Point presentations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
