JOB DESCRIPTION

Clarion Associates is a nationally recognized consulting firm specializing in community planning and development codes. We are seeking a full-time Senior Associate with experience in land use/development code drafting in our Denver, Colorado office. We have hybrid work schedule with two days per week in office.

• Master’s degree in urban planning or a law degree and 3-5 years of professional work experience focused on regulatory drafting, development review, or other application of land use regulations
• Excellent regulatory drafting or code interpretation skills (appropriate for level of experience)
• Proficiency in Word and Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint. 
• Strong organization skills and able to follow the intricacies of complex projects
• Ability to manage and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Experience with public presentations, working with stakeholder groups, and leading community engagement meetings
