The City of Aspen is recruiting to fill one position at either the Planner I, Planner II or Senior Planner level within the Historic Preservation program.
This position works with other members of the Planning team (12 members in total) under the larger umbrella of Aspen's Community Development Department (Planning, Building, Environmental Health and Sustainability).
Performs a variety of intermediate to senior professional level planning and zoning work, complex technical planning duties with an emphasis on historic preservation review; provides support and service to the public and Community Development Department consistent with the organization's values and mission statement. This includes participating in zoning support, planner of the day, planning caseload, building permit review, and other special projects.

Planner I: (Range 105: $33.95/hr - $50.92/hr)
Planner II: (Range 106: $37.00/hr - $55.51/hr)
Senior Planner: (Range 108: $43.96/hr - $65.95/hr)
