JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Coordinator will work within a small team to oversee the administration of affordable housing development incentive programs offered by the City of Austin. These programs are established to provide development incentives, such as fee waivers or additional development rights, in exchange for community benefits like affordable housing. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in the production of new, quality, affordable housing by interacting with proposed developments throughout the development process.

It's an exciting time for our team. The city is expanding the number of affordable housing tools we administer. We are looking for individuals who can thrive within an evolving program, help to implement new tools, help developments transition from our team to post-construction monitoring and compliance, and establish the future for affordable housing in Austin.
