The Historic Preservation Division Manager is a full-time role based in Santa Fe, NM, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees the city's historic preservation division, including the administration of ordinances, guidelines, and review processes that protect historic structures, preserve district character, and monitor archaeological resources. Responsibilities include reviewing development and rehabilitation proposals, preparing and reviewing staff reports, and presenting recommendations to boards, commissions, and community stakeholders.
