Solar Energy

The town's zoning regulations establish solar access protections for energy generation devices. It provides solar access protections in the Conditional Use-Industrial and Related Uses section by prohibiting development that would eliminate the year-round use of wind or solar power generation devices or access to natural sunlight (§410.12).
