Solar Energy

In the town's land development code, solar energy systems are a permitted residential and nonresidential accessory use (Sec. 3.7.2, Sec. 3.7.3). The Board of Adjustment may vary or modify any regulations in the LDC for the purpose of considering access to sunlight for solar energy devices (Sec. 7.16.7.E).
