In the city's zoning ordinance, roof-mounted solar systems are a permitted use, and commercial solar power generating facilities may be permitted as approved by the City Council (Sec. 19.17a.3). The customer will release to City all renewable energy credits, solar renewable-energy credits, or other renewable attributes as appropriate based on actual on-site electric generation from the Renewable Resource (Sec. 19.17a.9(4)). A solarium is one of the options for inclusion with residential condo projects (Sec. 19.18.4(3)).
