The town's zoning code defines several solar skyspace-related terms (Sec. 153.004.B). Solar energy systems and associated apparatus are allowed in required yards (Sec. 153.028). Solar energy systems are also not included in calculations of lot coverage (Sec. 153.031). The code provides brief guidance on how to compute solar skyspace easements using designated minimum yard requirements in each zoning district (Sec. 153.032).
