Solar Energy

Dubuque's Comprehensive Plan is framed around sustainability and includes several goals around energy, including a goal in the Environmental/Ecological Integrity element of promoting awareness and use of renewable resources (Item 2.2) and a goal in the Economic Development element of promoting and encouraging the use of alternative and renewable fuel and energy sources (Item 13-4).
