Food Systems

This food system assessment from the San Diego Food System, UC Sustainable Research and Education Program, and UC Davis Agricultural Sustainability Institute discusses trends and establishes goals and indicators for three overarching food system visions. It sets five goals with 18 associated indicators to promote better health and well-being of residents; six goals and 17 indicators to promote agricultural stewardship of the county's environmental resources; and three goals with 11 indicators to promote sustainable economic growth.
