Zoning Reform and Code Writing

This report analyzes Littleton, Colorado’s current zoning code and includes an annotated outline for a new code. It includes extensive recommendations organized under four themes: modernizing the use regulations, updating the lineup of zoning districts, enhancing the review and approval procedures, improving the development standards, and improve the organization and user-friendliness of the code.
