Food Systems | Food Trucks

This article identifies general characteristics of food trucks, the factors that contribute to community support, an overview of general food truck regulations, and example food truck regulations from the state of California. The article covers strategies employed by food truck operators in response to regulation: social media, associations, litigation and negotiation, and food truck courts. The framework for model regulation is also provided.
