The report looks at how water management mechanisms using green infrastructure can create value for real estate projects by improving operational efficiency as well as serving as an attractive amenity.  It analyzes the local stormwater policy landscape and how local policy environments have impacted real estate development projects.  It also includes case studies of real estate projects that have incorporated green infrastructure elements.
