Within the wellhead protection zones, the city establishes permitted and prohibited uses.  Prohibited uses include septic tanks, hazardous waste disposal sites, underground storage facilities, and impervious surfaces other than roofs of buildings, and streets, driveways and walks serving buildings permitted under section 21-147.
