Scenario Planning

This book presents a collection of essays on scenario planning and other deliberative planning tools. The first chapter summarizes the norms, aspirations, ambiguities, and common criticisms of contemporary planning practice and explains the roles of forecasts, scenarios, plans, and projects. Subsequent chapters discuss how planners can make more effective use of these deliberative planning tools.
