Scenario Planning

This report discusses the state of the practice of scenario/sketch planning tools. Chapters address research activities, sketch planning tools, evaluation of tools, guidance on approaches and tools, and suggestions on further research and development. Appendices include a literature review, survey results, case studies, tool matrix, and a description of tools.
