It includes documents that offer more information on requirements and instructions to help with the re-calibration of their current use-based regulations.

This model unified development code provides a template to help cities and counties in the Teton Valley area of Idaho and Wyoming draft land-use and development regulations. Individual articles address general provisions, measurements and exceptions, rural districts, residential districts, mixed use districts, industrial districts, civic/open space districts, building types, special districts, use provisions, site development, streets and public improvements, resource protection, administration, and definitions.
