Social Equity

This standalone policy creates an Anti-Displacement Task Force to study issues related to displacement from gentrification. It prescribes how many appointees from different stakeholder groups must be selected, including six directly affected persons, and requires the group to submit a report that defines the problem and proposes recommendations.
