This report provides information to help planners, public health officials, decision-makers, and other stakeholders address the impacts of climate change in the United States. It explores several national topics regarding climate change, including land cover and land-use change, coastal effects, agriculture and rural communities, and tribes and indigenous people. Chapter 28 addresses adaptation actions, while chapter 29 discusses mitigation actions to reduce the risks of climate change.
