Urban Heat Resilience

This article examines the current state of planning for extreme heat. Some of the findings suggest that most research tends to focus on urban heat island mapping and modeling rather than heat planning and governance. It also identifies areas where scholars and practitioners can collaborate to help advance understanding of heat planning.
