Urban Heat Resilience

This toolkit provides information to help address extreme heat events in Minnesota. Chapter 3 discusses the main steps for planning for extreme heat events, how to develop a heat response plan, strategies to help mitigate heat, and training and additional resources for extreme heat. The Minnesota Department of Health web page contains the appendix for the toolkit and other resources for preparing communities for extreme heat.
