Outdoor Lighting

The city's zoning code includes outdoor lighting regulations intended to protect humans and wildlife from harmful light pollution (§19.77). Provisions address purpose, definitions, applicability, lighting standards for single-family zones, lighting standards for other zones, exceptions, prohibited lighting, street lighting, and lighting plan requirements.
