Accessory Dwelling Unit
This town’s zoning bylaws permits contained, attached, and detached accessory dwelling units in certain residential districts (§5.011). Each single-family detached dwelling can only have one accessory dwelling unit which cannot be larger than 1,000 square feet of habitable space. The zoning bylaw provides other requirements for assessor dwelling units (§5.0113).
