Accessory Dwelling Units  |  Housing Supply Planning

This city’s code of ordinances allows for accessory unit dwellings in one residential district type with a conditional use permit. Accessory unit dwellings are only allowed in the R-1 district which requires a minimum lot size of 40,000 square feet. The code of ordinances includes the requirements and standards for building an accessory unit dwelling (§155.382).
