Scenario Planning

This article advances scenario planning by including flood risk scenarios with urban growth prediction models. Tampa, Florida, is used to evaluate three population growth scenarios (business as usual, growth as planned, and resilient growth) and three sea level rise scenarios (low, high, and extreme) to test the resiliency of Tampa’s current land use plan.
