Scenario Planning

This post highlights Beaumont, Texas, as a recipient of Lincoln Institute’s Consortium for Scenario Planning which used exploratory scenario planning workshops to gather input from community members and other stakeholders. The workshops explored the many issues residents face with increasing risks posed by climate change, industrial accidents, and other hazards.
