Scenario Planning

This post highlights the use of exploratory scenario planning to inform an affordable housing action plan in Lakewood, Ohio. Lakewood used a toolkit which is designed for small to mid-sized legacy cities, cities that were once driven by industry and now experience economic and population decline due to changing industries, to aid in housing affordability for its residents.
