Scenario Planning

This post shares conversations from the Consortium for Scenario Planning conference held by the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy that funding, COVID-19, and climate change are concerns for planners. Planners learned about the impact scenario planning can have in building climate resilience, especially with greenhouse gas scenario planning tools. A key message from these conversations is that scenario planning is a form of community conversation rather than a technical exercise. It serves as a platform for social learning.
