Scenario Planning

This plan used scenario planning to create a long-range transportation plan in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Data was collected from the community assessment stage and used to identify where the transportation system is performing best and areas for improvement to create scenarios. These scenarios informed the implementation phase of the project.
