Scenario Planning

This plan used scenario planning to develop a climate risk and vulnerability assessment in Charlottesville, Virginia. Several scenarios were analyzed by exploring futures where humans contribute low greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions to very high GHG emissions as the planet continues to warm. Based on these scenarios, several community assets were assessed on how they would be impacted by climate change.
