Scenario Planning

This report summarizes a scenario planning workshop conducted in Erie, Pennsylvania. The goal of the workshop was to use scenario planning to plan for climate-induced hazards and conditions. Five climate hazards were identified and used to create two scenarios: sustained heat and storms and blizzards, deep snow, and massive melting. Then groups focused on how transportation and power and water are affected by these scenarios.
