Scenario Planning

This page highlights Charlottesville, Virginia’s use of scenario planning in developing transportation and land use goals. Transportation scenarios for highways, transit, and non-motorized facilities were created to support the three land use scenarios. Community members gave feedback on scenarios that informed future transportation and land use decisions.
