Artificial Intelligence and Planning

This article analyzes the ethical risks that come with using artificial intelligence (AI) in urban planning. Bias, transparency, accountability, privacy, and misinformation are concerns when using AI, especially in how it disproportionately impacts marginalized communities. The study looks at various studies and provides recommendations for ethical AI implementation.
