Eduardo Saldivia is an Argentine architect and urban planner specializing in territorial planning, climate action, and resilient cities.

Professional Biography

He is currently the Director of Territorial Planning and Implementation at the Secretariat of Climate Change of the Government of Misiones, author of the book *Green is More!* (Nobuko, 2020), and a member of UN-Habitat's Planners for Climate Action.

He has served as technical coordinator for the Argentine Green Alliance and was part of the organizing team for PreCOP 29 in Argentina. He is currently collaborating on the development of carbon certificates in Misiones and the creation of the South American Green Bank.

He is a member of the Metropolitan International Institute, part of the curatorial team for the New York Architecture Biennial, and with a solid background in legislation, academia, and the private sector, he promotes an agenda of ethical planning and climate cooperation from the Global South.
