I'm Holly! I have been in Northern Virginia since 2016, moving from Pittsburgh, and before that, Raleigh. I work in the automotive consulting space, and am interested in future transportation planning, particularly in the case of infrastructure for electric, connected, and autonomous vehicles. I'm also very interested in improving outcomes for residents of public housing. I also love dogs, baseball, hockey, and cooking.

Holly is a consultant with the premier automotive dealer network improvement firm in the industry. She is a member of the Washington, DC chapter of Young Professionals in Transportation, as well as YIPPS-DC. She is the holder of an advanced degree from the University of Pittsburgh in urban affairs and planning, with a focus on housing and transportation policy implementation, and a bachelor's degree (also from Pitt) in political science and studio art.
